As a member of our professional Medicare team, you will educate, guide, and inform our Medicare eligible members while providing outstanding product support. We are looking for dedicated individuals who take as much pride as we do in helping the many seniors who age into Medicare each day.

NOTE: THIS POSITION IS NOT REMOTE - YOU WILL WORK ON SITE

If hired, you will be responsible for but not limited to selling Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plans, and other ancillary insurance products to our members through inbound and outbound leads. You will provide a positive experience to Medicare eligible members calling about their medical plans.

This position does not require cold calling. All insurance leads are provided to you.

You will work with our top-rated partners including Aetna, Cigna, Anthem Blue Cross, Mutual of Omaha and more.

Leads are provided to you at no cost.

We are not hiring “seasonal agents” for Annual Enrollment, we are growing for the long term.

As a part of our team, some of your duties will include:

  • Guiding/educating potential Medicare eligible members on insurance products from various carriers.
  • Assisting members in selecting appropriate Medicare insurance plans
  • Providing rate quotes to prospects as well as enrolling eligible members over the phone.
  • Taking inbound calls, making outbound calls, identifying qualified prospects
  • Responding by phone and/or email to all telephonic sales and member related inquiries
  • Offering multiple ancillary products, providing member support
  • Assisting Medicare eligible members with online applications
  • Running appointments
  • Tracking applications through underwriting to ensure they are submitted correctly.
  • Providing ongoing member service
  • Documenting all client sales information accurately and efficiently
  • Complying with applicable Federal, Medicare, State and Local Laws and regulations
  • Meeting monthly sales and performance goals
  • Adhering to work schedule consistently

EXPERIENCE NOT NEEDED! WE WILL TRAIN AND LICENSE.

This opportunity is full time, 35 hours per week. Base salary PLUS monthly and per app bonuses and incentives to increase overall compensation.

  • Excellent computer and internet skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  • Self-motivation and self-discipline; the ability to work effectively in a sales environment
  • Demonstrated ability to maneuver between multiple computer applications
  • A clear speaking voice.

  • A desire to grow and build a career.
