AM Home Delivery is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Administrator to join our team. As a Transportation Administrator you will play a crucial role in our fleet and terminal operations, ensuring efficient best in class deliveries and customer satisfaction. If you have a strong background in transportation and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily delivery audits for assigned terminals.
• Manages inbound communication, such as phone calls and messages, e-mails to include driver’s issues and customer service.
• Manages all required paperwork and records and prepares documentation (forms, reports, etc.) when needed.
• Administrative support to fleet team and terminal operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferred.
• Microsoft Office Skills, with expertise in Excel.
• One year of relevant experience Preferred.
• Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor.
• Highly professional and dependable.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
• Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage a diverse appointment schedule for several accounts.
• Excellent telephone skills.
• Strong computer and internet skills..
