A fast-growing Alzheimer’s and dementia care business operating five New Jersey locations (Holmdel, Matawan, Monroe, Ocean and Freehold) is seeking an outside sales representative to help maintain full occupancy of all locations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for self-motivated individual eager to learn and grow with the business. In this role, you will be making sales and marketing calls, visiting related businesses and referral sources, and generally working in the field in Central/South New Jersey.

Responsibilities include:

• Make daily phone calls and develop and maintain database of contacts
• Participate in networking and industry events to represent the organization
• Work with both management and marketing team to establish and refine sales and marketing materials and messaging
• Assist with managing the sales process from prospecting and lead development through closing and customer relationship management

Desired skills and characteristics:

• Must be a self-starter and eager to learn
• CMA or HHA experience/certification
• 2 years of experience in outside sales or related role
• Recent graduates also considered
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in dementia care, senior care, assisted living or similar area a plus
• Outgoing, personable, and comfortable with a range of potential customers
• Salesforce CRM experience helpful
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Some knowledge of the central and south NJ region helpful
