We are currently looking to connect with Nurses with either an RN license or an LPN license who are interested in learning about our 1:1 school nursing opportunities for the rest of the school year (NOW-June 30) *Summer options available*

Settings: Bus School

Schedule 1: approx. 730a-3:30p school/bus

LPN RATE $35/hr

RN Rate $45/hr

Location: We have options in both Nassau and Suffolk

Requirements:

• ACTIVE: New York LPN or RN License (Copy)
• BLS Card
• Physical within 1 year
• TB, MMR, QuantiFERON
• 2 years of Nursing experience
• 2 Professional References

Skilled Requirements:
Wound Care and Dressing Changes Personal Care Assistance
Medication management and administration Palliative care for chronic conditions
Tracheostomy and ventilator management Feeding tube care and support
Respite care for family caregivers
