We are currently looking for a Compassionate Physical Therapist for our school students in the Garden City area and neighboring areas.

Assignment Details

• 1099 employment
• $75 per student session (30 min)
• $100 for first visits
• FULL TIME VISITS AVAILABLE!!

Required Qualifications

• Min 1 year of experience with Pediatrics (Ages 5-18)
• Home Health experience preferred but not required

Required Documents

• NY State Physical Therapist License
• BLS Certification
• 2 Professional References

Pay: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
