We currently need e*xperienced RNs *for start-of-care Field visits. The RN would assess patients' needs and develop the Plan of Care, which home care workers would follow. Heavy travel with reimbursement miles and tolls.
*Job Requirements:*
* NYS Registered Nursing License _and_ Registration
* BLS
* Physical - within a year
* QuantiFERON - within a year
* MMR Titers
* NPI #
* Malpractice insurance
* Two forms for government ID’s
* Two letters of recommendation
*Job Types*: Per Diem
*Salary*:
* *Paid per visit*: Admission Visit- *$200*. Recert Visit-*$100* (required to do a minimum of 8 visits/week). Any other admin work/orientation is paid at $32/hour. HHA/PCA orientation for caregivers is paid at $45/hour
* typically 9-5 but some evening visits, early morning (before 8am ) and some weekend visits are available too, if the nurse is available
