Compensation & BenefitsThis is an hourly role with an hourly rate of $16-$20, depending on experience. We offer weekly pay and paid time off.
Responsibilities
- Assist elderly clients with day-to-day activities such as dressing, hygiene, and mobility.
- Manage medication and schedule medical appointments.
- Provide companionship and help create a safe and comfortable environment.
- Groom and/or bathe clients, if needed.
- Organize and transport clients to appointments, errands, and recreational activities.
- Assist in the development of care plans with clients and families.
- Educate family members on home health care procedures.
- Must have a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/ Caregiver Certification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in caregiving.
- Must be compassionate and patient, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be physically able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to pass a background check.
