Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu, a leading senior care provider in Honolulu, Hawaii, is seeking compassionate and dedicated CNAs/NAs to join our team. Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with mobility, activities of daily living, and personal care, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with medication reminders
- Document and report any changes in clients' conditions to the designated supervisor
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by the designated supervisor
- Ensure clients' physical, emotional, and social needs are met
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Attend training and meetings as required
Requirements:
- Active CNA or NA certification in the state of Hawaii
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in caregiving, preferably with seniors
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding attitude towards seniors
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and provide quality care to clients
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
