Job Summary :
Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA / NA to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii.
This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
The CNA / NA will work under the supervision of a registered nurse and provide quality care to our senior clients on the island of Kauai.

Compensation & Benefits :
The compensation for this role is $18 to $20 per hour, paid weekly.

Responsibilities :
- Provide hands-on care and assistance to seniors in their homes or assisted living facilities on the island of Kauai
- Perform activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Help with medication reminders and assist with medication administration under the supervision of a registered nurse
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to the registered nurse
- Document all care and services provided in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols and procedures
Requirements :
- Active CNA or NA license in the state of Hawaii
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a CNA or NA, preferably with seniors
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide compassionate and quality care to seniors
- Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, on the island of Kauai
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform job duties
