Job Summary :

Always Best Care Senior Services, a leading provider of in-home care services, is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate PRN caregivers to join our team in Atlanta / Buckhead, Georgia.

As a Part Time healthcare professional in the franchise industry, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to our senior clients in the Loganville area.

This is a perfect opportunity for CNAs, PCAs, and HHAs looking for a flexible working schedule and an immediate start.

Compensation and Benefits :

We are proud to offer competitive compensation of $13 to $16 per hour, paid weekly.

In addition, we also provide paid training, ongoing support, and growth opportunities for our employees.

Responsibilities :

• Provide in-home care services to seniors in their homes
• Assist clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Aid in medication reminders and help with meal preparation
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks and errands
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Follow the care plan as directed by the client's healthcare team
• Maintain accurate records and document any changes in client's condition
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements :

• Must be a certified PCA / CNA / HHA in the state of Georgia
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in caregiving or related field
• Clean background check and drug screen
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Must be able to work independently and follow instructions
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards seniors
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
