· We have immediate openings for Home Care RN’s AND LPN's to serve multiple locations in Lorain and Medina County. We have both full and part time positions available for both RNs and LPNs. All positions are paid on a per visit basis at very competitive rates. Travel is paid per mile. Weekend every 6 weeks. One Holiday a year.

· Requirements:

· LPN or RN license in state of Ohio

· Electronic Medical documentation experience required. Kinnser preferred

· Willing to travel throughout your designated area, Medina County and Lorain County 

· (Our office cares for patients in Lorain County, Medina County, and Western Cuyahoga County)

· Must participate in On Call rotation (approx. every 6 weeks)

· Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

· Pay: $35.00 - $90.00 per visit
