We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides in Lorain County. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their own homes. - Assist patients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration

- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety at all times- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up- Document patient care activities and communicate any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse

Benefits

-13.00-15.00 per hour based on experience

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver’s license; Safe driving record (less than 6 pts.)
• Reliable transportation and automobile insurance
• Criminal background check that meet agency and state standards
• Willing to work various shifts
