We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides in Lorain County. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their own homes.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others while gaining valuable experience in the healthcare field.

• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety at all times
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up
• Document patient care activities and communicate any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse

Benefits

• 13.00-15.00 per hour based on experience
• 150.00 referral bonus

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid driver’s license; Safe driving record (less than 6 pts.)
• Reliable transportation and automobile insurance
• Criminal background check that meet agency and state standards
• Willing to work various shifts
