HR Assistant/Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant/Recruiter with at least 1 year of relative experience in HR/Recruiting. You will play a vital role in managing the start-to-end recruitment process for the recruitment of caregivers and CNAs. Here at Always Best Care, our Mission has always been to provide the BEST care to our seniors who are our clients. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Duties:
- Manage the start-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of job postings within our organization, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate new hire orientations.
- Maintain employee records, and ensure all state requirements and labor laws are met.
- Use an applicant tracking system to manage the candidate pipeline.
- Support training and development initiatives by coordinating training sessions, tracking employee participation, and maintaining training records.
- Assist with talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates, conducting background checks, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Collaborate with managers to support performance management processes, goal setting, and performance evaluations.

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Google Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition processes.
- Familiarity with in-home supportive services for seniors.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
