Marketing Community Relations Rep
·Increase brand awareness of Always An Angel Homecare (AAAHC) in the community
·Scout and identify local referral sources in the community
·Contact and arrange meetings with various people within each referral source responsible for referring to clients
·Visit referral sources on a regularly scheduled basis bringing effective marketing materials:brochures, newsletters, seasonal gifts
·Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing referral sources
·Have weekly touches with referral sources using phone, text, email, and in-person meetings
·Submit weekly and monthly reports to track activity and conversion rates
·Identify Senior Health Fairs and participate as a vendor securing table space
·Join and maintain active memberships in area industry organizations by attending regularly scheduled meetings
·Maintain and manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system by entering notes of activities.
·Take potential new client inquiry calls
·Identify leads, manage prospects and covert prospects to clients
·Schedule initial meeting with potential new clients and their families
·Send new client paperwork via DocuSign and counter-sign
·Communicate staffing needs to Scheduling
·Introduce caregiver(s) to new client
·Follow up phone call after initial shift to caregiver and client
Qualifications
·Excellent people skills with attention to detail and effective communication skills, including follow-up.
·Highly self-motivated with ability to work independently and exceed sales goals and expectations
·Can Type and be proficient with technology, including email, texting, mileage platform, CRM, DocuSign
·Team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
