Position Overview:

The Site Manager will have responsibility and authority for the successful performance of all aspects of a government security contract. The Site Manager will supervise and manage a major Government facility located in Greenbelt, Maryland, along with other remote sites under a large Protective Security Services contract. The Site Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professional officers providing physical security, locksmith services, emergency preparedness and response, security systems administration, support and services, administrative and technical support.

This opportunity is for a POTENTIAL CONTRACT award and is contingent upon the contract being awarded. Consideration for a potential contract may require a signed letter of intent. If the contract is awarded, another position posting will be available on the Company Careers portal.

Primary/Major Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

• Responsible for the overall supervision, management and evaluation of all personnel assigned to the Greenbelt, Maryland site
• First response to emergencies; federal law enforcement; supervision of mobile patrols; inspections and searches; traffic enforcement; and investigations;
• Responsible for the overall management, performance, and completion of all performance work statement requirements
• Manages all operations consisting of Security and Law Enforcement professionals, ensuring all work requirements, training requirements, and clearance levels are met
• Provides continuous assessment and evaluation of contract performance and initiates appropriate corrective action as needed to ensure compliance.
• Ensures responsive customer-focused services through direct communication and coordination with the Government and other contractors.
• Prepare, review, distribute, and maintain General Orders, Post Orders, and emergency and special orders for each security post and position
• Other duties as required.
