POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

Alutiiq Career Ventures, LLC a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC has an opportunity for a Program Manager (PM). The PM serves as the overall manager and administrator for the contract and act as the primary interface and point of contact with Government authorities and representatives on programs/projects and contract management procedures and controls, planning and directing project execution, and monitoring and reporting progress. Travel and conduct onsite national-level field inspections of the Youth Challenge programs to determine the level of compliance with the law, policy, doctrine, and special directives governing the programs, as well as assessing various indicators of performance.

• The Program Manager shall control all financial and administrative aspects with contractual requirement and communicate all contract-related issues to the Operations Manager.
• Manage and control all aspects of the assigned task orders.
• Analyze, develop, track and report travel budget to Operations Manager and Contract Officer Representative (COR), as needed.
• Assist COR develop inspection schedules, as needed, and implement government-approved inspection schedules.
• Develop quality control, assessment, and assurance procedures for contract deliverables to ensure final products meet or exceed government expectations.
• Execute, based on the awarded task order, the best utilization of corporate team member personnel resources. Perform liaison duties among corporate entities, corporate team members, and government representatives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, but preferably a master’s degree.
• Pursuant to the Government Contract, you must be a U.S. Citizen.
• The candidate will have knowledge/experience with the National Guard Youth Challenge Program.
• Briefing/Presentation preparation skills, including working with Power Point for presentations during inspections, Staff Assistance Visits, and Annual Program Director’s workshop(s).
• Computer skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge and experience with the law, policy, and doctrine applicable to the National Guard Youth Challenge Program. 
• Prior experience and demonstrated skills in management.
• Maintain exceptional writing and analytical skills to develop and/or revise contract deliverables, including but not limited to, Reports of Inspections, Trend Analysis, Trip Reports, and Monthly Progress Reports.
• Computer skills to include proficiency in Adobe Professional (or software equivalent).
