• Requirements: IN License and DEA; ACLS/BLS
• Schedule: 8 and 12 Hour Shifts; 8-10 shifts minimum

In need of CRNA coverage across 3 sites in IN. See additional details below:

• High volume of GI, Ortho, Neuro, General, Trauma, Uro, Respiratory, CT, EP, Cardioversions
• Care Model: OR is Supervisory Model with 1 Anesthesiologist supervising up to 5 CRNA's
• MD only for all structural cases
• No OB required
• Credentialing Timeline: 6-8 weeks
