What we need:
We are looking for a Conventional Machine Operator who processes jobs on conventional machinery and performs simple machine set-ups and maintenance.
Job Requirements:

• Work safe and maintain an organized work environment.
• Strong commitment to good attendance and being on time as it is critical to meet production needs.
• Perform set-ups of conventional machines for simple or repeat jobs.
• Recognize and replace worn cutters or tool bits.
• Maintain a working knowledge of APP policies and procedures.
• Work and communicate professionally and effectively with other employees/departments across APP.
• Perform simple machine maintenance.
• Operate various conventional machines to process production.
• Maintain accurate count of parts.

Skill Requirements:

• Wear proper Personal Protection Equipment in work area at all time.
• Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace.
• In compliance with ITAR regulations, must be a US Citizen or US Person.
• English (reading, writing, and verbal comprehension)
• Must be able to work overtime when required to meet operational deadlines.

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 an hour. This is the lowest to highest hourly starting rate we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted starting range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
