SUMMARY

The Integrated Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in developing and executing campaigns and strategies to engage and attract customers, drive web and social media traffic, enhance brand awareness, and generate exposure that results in qualified leads and increased sales for Altus. This position is perfect for an early-career marketing professional looking to develop a wide range of skills, as it also involves basic product and project management responsibilities, as well as encompasses the ownership of CRM processes and data integrity. The Integrated Marketing Specialist will not only track online marketing trends and analyze data but also develop campaign strategies, optimize digital marketing campaign performance, and maintain effective communication with agency partners and internal project teams. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, the Integrated Marketing Specialist will work closely with contracted agencies and all cross-functional internal Altus teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Digital Marketing Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze digital marketing and web behavioral data, including analyzing monthly reports from contracted marketing agencies, and lead website functionality evolution projects.
  • Test campaigns, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities to increase campaign performance.
  • Develop and implement digital campaign and web measurement strategies, manage the success of these strategies, and recommend modifications as needed in targeted markets.
  • Monitor and analyze digital media and marketing trends.
  • Provide subject matter expertise regarding digital analytics, social media, and search engine optimization.
  • Develop, curate, and deploy compelling content to grow brand awareness, attract visitors, and promote sales.
  • Lead the Account Based Marketing process to identify, develop customized content and cultivate targeted customer relationships for Marketing Qualified Lead generation.
  • Monitor and track competitor content strategies and social performance to inform our digital marketing strategy.

CRM Process Ownership & Data Integrity Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration and operation of the organization's CRM platform, ensuring its effective use in marketing strategies.
  • Maintain the integrity of marketing data within the CRM system through regular audits and clean-ups, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement, streamline marketing processes, and enhance data-driven decision-making.
  • Train and support marketing and sales teams in CRM functionalities and best practices to maximize the use of the system in their activities.
  • Generate and analyze reports from the CRM to guide marketing strategies and measure their effectiveness.

Product Management Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with product teams to ensure marketing strategies align with product launch timelines and objectives.
  • Participate in product development meetings to understand product features and benefits thoroughly for development of customer value propositions.
  • Assist in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products or features.

Project Management Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, monitoring, and reporting on marketing project statuses, ensuring timely execution and alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Contribute to the organization and material preparation of tradeshows and events.
  • Assist in market research and analysis, as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of customer presentations, as needed.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, or relevant field preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, and general marketing communication functions
  • Entry-level experience in product or project management, and CRM processes is highly desirable.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using marketing technology applications, including Google Analytics, CRM software (e.g., HubSpot), social media tools, and content management systems.
  • Understanding of CRM processes and data integrity principles.
  • Experience with search engine optimization (SEO) and paid search best practices.
  • Experience using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. Experience with project management applications a plus.
  • General analytical skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in marketing, technology, product and project management, and CRM processes.
  • Ability to multi-task, shift gears, and remain detail-oriented.
