We are seeking a dedicated Tax Administrator for our Tax team reporting to the Director. Responsible for the data entry and processing of tax, assessment and personal property return information going into a database. This is an in-office position. Key Responsibilities: Ensure all tax and assessment data is entered daily First review of automated data entry Process and attach personal property tax (PPT) Returns into database Track down missing information parcel details, assessment notices, tax bills and refunds Research incomplete data in database Track payments to ensure tax bills are paid - Call jurisdictions on any miss payments or mis-directed payments Key Qualifications: Secondary School Diploma or College Diploma required Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required Data Entry experience required Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Outlook and Advanced Excel skills Excellent communication skills including written word What Altus Group offers: Rewarding performance: We are pleased to be able to provide employees competitive compensation, incentive and bonus plans, and a total rewards package that prioritizes their mental, physical and overall financial health.
