We are actively recruiting an Associate Manager, Regulatory Quality Compliance to join our team in Richmond, VA, or we are open to remote work arrangements.
In this role the Associate Manager will develop communications, provide systems training, create product changes and complaint classifications to support complaint capture and reporting. They will develop and monitor systems/metrics to support data collection, and data availability. They are expected to independently apply business-specific or specialized technical techniques to analyze and solve problems. They may also be responsible for coordinating or leading special projects.
What you’ll do: Implement systems and processes to monitor product development and commercialization processes.
• Help ensure all new and modified products are accounted for and loaded in all relevant systems.
• Implement systems and processes to capture relevant trace code, date coding and serial numbers for each product line.
• Create mapping tables and validate logic/calculations for fields in the Complaint Information Database (CID).
• Develop systems and dashboards to monitor the accuracy of data transfers from source systems to Salesforce through the CID and into TrackWise Digital.
• Develop CID training materials and execute training.
• Develop requirement documents to help implement system solutions and make formal presentations with functional leads.
• Lead projects for consumer related quality initiatives. May serve as a technical resource in area of specialty.
What we want you to have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IS, Science, Technology, or a related field.
• 5 years’ experience working with quality management systems.
• Experience with SAP, Tableau, Excel, Microsoft Access, and Crystal Reporting.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in process mapping and system improvement projects.
• Salesforce, TrackWise Digital or other enterprise quality management experience is preferred.
• Ability to travel to operating company facilities (when/if necessary).
