• Assisting with patient’s laundry as needed
• Providing medication reminders
• Meeting safety needs of patients 
• Reporting significant changes in the patient’s condition to their direct supervisor
• Preparing light meals and assisting in feeding patient if necessary
• Taking and recording patient’s temperature
• Assisting with ambulation
• Performing range of motion and other simple exercises
• Maintaining documentation and care procedures
• Adhering to privacy policies and infection control protocols
• Bathing assistance
• Light housekeeping
• Companion services, such as letter-writing and reading 

Requirements:

• 18 years of age (or older) 
• Valid Driver’s License
• Auto Insurance
• 1 year of relevant work experience (preferred)
• Meets the training requirements in accordance with State and Federal laws. A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) may be hired as a Home Health Aide but will be governed by the same essential job functions as the Home Health Aide
