Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assisting with patient’s laundry as needed
- Providing medication reminders
- Meeting safety needs of patients 
- Reporting significant changes in the patient’s condition to their direct supervisor
- Preparing light meals and assisting in feeding patient if necessary
- Taking and recording patient’s temperature
- Assisting with ambulation
- Performing range of motion and other simple exercises
- Maintaining documentation and care procedures
- Adhering to privacy policies and infection control protocols
- Bathing assistance
- Light housekeeping
- Companion services, such as letter-writing and reading 

Requirements:
- 18 years of age (or older) 
- Valid Driver’s License
- Auto Insurance
- 1 year of relevant work experience (preferred)
- Ability to read, follow written instructions and document care provided
- Current CPR certification
- Meets the training requirements in accordance with State and Federal laws. A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) may be hired as a Home Health Aide but will be governed by the same essential job functions as the Home Health Aide
