• Actively promote goodwill among the community residents and surrounding neighborhood, conducting regular outreach to promote the property.
• Collect rent payments from residents and/or rent box
• Collect and distribute daily incoming mail
• Ensure all service orders are handled promptly and efficiently
• Coordinate with Maintenance to prepare vacant units for new tenants; show prospective tenants vacant apartments
• Maintaining favorable occupancy by way of creative marketing and aggressive rent collections
• Make and conduct recertification interviews
• Assist the Community Manager in preparation of all site REAC reviews and Management and Occupancy reviews
• Prepare weekly reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
