About Us:
EMBALL’ISO specializes in temperature-controlled packaging for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare industries. We design and manufacture insulated packaging systems that ensure the safe transportation of temperature-sensitive products, such as vaccines, drugs, and biological samples.
We are a global manufacturer and supplier with three North American facilities, Montgomeryville PA, Indianapolis IN and Juarez Mexico

General Manager North America Emball’ISO INC
Job Location Greater Indianapolis (IN) - main, Montgomeryville (PA) – regular travel
Job Description:
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our North American manufacturing and distribution operations, with a focus on achieving strategic objectives, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence. You will provide leadership and direction to our team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Leading and managing all functional areas of the organization, including sales, marketing, operations, distribution, safety, quality, finance, and human resources in close collaboration with the respective functional leaders in the region and their functional counterparts/leaders in France (Matrix organization).
- Driving revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies, customer acquisition, and market expansion initiatives.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business development opportunities.
- Ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness through process optimization, resource allocation, and performance management.
- Overseeing financial management, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure profitability and sustainability.
- Monitoring industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Leading by example and promoting a culture of integrity, excellence, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Demonstrated experience and results in manufacturing operational leadership.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, with a track record of success in driving business growth and profitability.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of financial management principles and practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex problems.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Hands-on attitude
- Ideally experienced in family-owned international middle market companies
- Languages – French and/or Spanish is a plus.
