Position Title: Maintenance Inspector
Reports to: Maintenance Manager
Job Summary: Conducts inspections on equipment and systems in accordance with various RAGAGEP standards and codes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of piping, vessels, tanks, equipment, welds, etc. as needed to support plant mechanical integrity processes.
- Generate inspection reports and provide recommendations on resolution of discovered items.
- May be required to work non-standard schedules at times including holidays and weekends.
Education and/or Experience
- Technical degree or equivalent
- At least five years’ experience in manufacturing
- Certification in API 510, API 570, and API 653 is required
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- MS Office Suite applications
- Enterprise resource planning / computerized maintenance management system platforms (SAP, Oracle, Chempax, Maximo, etc.)
