What You Need
Excellent communication skills
Reliable transportation, to and from work
Completion of in-house safety training
A Typical Day
Communicate and enforce all park regulations and jumping rules in a
personable and professional manner
Remain alert and use all senses while supervising park guest
Manage employee relations
Provide courteous customer experience and responds to customer's
questions, complaints or requests.
Establish and maintain a safe environment for patrons and staff in and
around jumping surfaces, foam pits, and other activity areas
Complete opening and closing duties such as safety audits, cash
deposits, and other managerial checklists
Work as a team with other management team members
Perform any other services or duties as required by Management
