Party Host are responsible for welcoming and creating the party experience for guests. These individuals have the ability to influence the overall party experience by their interactions that include providing accommodations and offering upgrade recommendations. Party Host may be the final point of contact and have the ability to ensure guest satisfaction. Party Hosts report directly to the managers of Altitude Trampoline Park.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Represent Altitude Trampoline Park by maintaining a professional attitude in keeping with the park’s philosophy.

· Communicate and enforce all park regulations and jumping rules in a personable and professional manner.

· Attend scheduled staff meetings.

· Perform patron surveillance with a whistler from the pre-set surveillance area.

· Remain alert and use all senses while court monitoring.

· Work as a team with other court monitors during special events.

· Record equipment inspections.

· Complete the trampoline safety checklist at the beginning of each day, and report problems to the supervisor.

· Set up trampoline stations for various activities such as aerobics classes, dodge ball, etc.

· Respond to an emergency and activate EMS.

· Handle all incidents in a manner appropriate to your training.

· Assist the Park Management Team in keeping the Community informed of park activities.

· Maintain a safe and secure facility for all park guests.

· Provides or performs other services or duties as required by management.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

· High School diploma or equivalent.

· Ability to communicate effectively.

· Professional, “Altitude” attitude and work ethic.

· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

· Computer skills requiredPay rate: $10.00
