We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Electrical Construction Assistant Project Managers. Responsibilities:

· Assist electrical construction project managers with project coordination, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.

· Manage change orders, including documentation, tracking, and communication with clients and subcontractors.

· Maintain regular communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.

· Coordinate project documentation, such as RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes.

· Support project managers in scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.

· Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues and mitigate risks.

· Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and strategies.

Requirements:

· Basic electrical knowledge and familiarity with the construction industry are required.

· Previous experience in a related role or relevant educational background is preferred.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

· A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
