Under supervision of Network Operations Center(NOC) Level 3 Network Supervisors or NOC Level 3 Network Managers, the NOC Operator Sr. will perform advanced support of network infrastructure. This individual will provide advanced level of technical experience and knowledge in network infrastructure and the interrelated disciplines allowing for efficient and effective troubleshooting and restoration of outage conditions. This individual will also work with neighboring NOC Tier Support teams to efficiently diagnose and resolve basic service impacting issues.
This individual will perform advanced-level triage and troubleshooting and will provide technical guidance to Network Management operational departments with regard to iO, VoD, OOL, VoIP, Wi-Fi and other AlticeUSA product offerings.
The NOC Operator Sr. will execute processes and procedures as outlined by NOC management and where fit, and will make suggestions as to updates to these procedures.

The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $74,018.00-$121,601.00/ year. The rate/Range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
