Job SummaryThe Senior Accountant – Subscriber Accounting, is responsible for supporting the business with a focus on performing analysis and review of key subscriber metric reporting. This role is key to providing accurate and timely subscriber metric information used to support both internal decision making and external constituents. This role will report to the Accounting Manager – Subscriber Accounting, and the ideal candidate will have solid accounting knowledge and experience, the ability and willingness to develop a deep understanding of the assigned business area(s), and possess strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance procedures related to the Company’s key performance metrics reporting polices
- Collaborate with business leaders to ensure consistent application of accounting policies across the organization
- Conduct periodic audits of KPI reporting, including development of scope and audit plan
- Document and present reporting of audit results
- Works as part of a cohesive team to successfully meet tight deadlines and respond quickly to changes in business environment to ensure compliance with internal controls
- Recommends and implements enhancements to current processes to improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA preferred
- 4 years of general accounting experience
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of SQL a plus
- Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet critical business deadlines
- Highly proficient in Office 365/Google Docs, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills

The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $77,112.00 - $126,684.00 / year.
