Job Summary

Our Digital Strategy team is looking to add a talented candidate to their existing team who is passionate about driving growth and has the analytical & multi-task abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will work alongside partners across the enterprise to execute analysis, research, and solution development to aid the Business in growing digital distribution, attaining sales targets, and defining the future roadmap. You will also aid leadership in setting the strategy for the organization. You will have an intimate knowledge of the current state of the business, current technology, and develop & implement plans to achieve the desired future state.

About the Job
The ideal candidate utilizes research skills and both internal & external data sources to quickly evaluate competitive and industry dynamics. Leverages standard strategy frameworks and applies analysis. Advises digital leadership on driving, assessing, framing, and prioritizing the long-term strategic direction and growth for the business across its portfolio of existing and new offerings.

Has a track-record of spotting trends early and subsequently leading change throughout the organization. Has the ability to seamlessly transition from being "in the weeds" to "touching the tops of the trees". Integrates both financial and strategic knowledge to distill core components of complex problems into succinct and easily understood sets of conclusions. Demonstrates confidence and poise in presenting hypotheses, conclusions, and recommendations to leadership and partner organizations.

Additional skills that are preferred are an in-depth knowledge of the economics of business and an understanding of how business decisions impact the financial health of the company. Strong financial analysis and modeling skills are also preferred.

Responsibilities

Key requirements
* Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of industry trends and competitive dynamics requires evaluation of a variety of factors and potential outcomes
* Leverage analytics, research, and long-term thinking to help the firm unlock sales performance gains
* Interpret disparate, complex data into a range of alternate futures, i.e., scenario modeling
* Build and steward business plans that reflect the growth & value being driven by the Digital Organization

Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View
* Lead projects that support long-term strategic initiatives using a digital lens
* Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Media, Analytics, CX, and IT to develop recommendations for digital leadership and senior management
* Partner with analytics and research teams to build/validate assumptions in business cases
* Lead and develop a team of individual contributors

Qualifications

Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a quantitative field (finance, mathematics, economics, statistics, etc.) or equivalent experience
* 2-3 years managing projects in eCommerce for a large-scale web property or equivalent experience
* 5-7 years managing projects in a corporate environment or equivalent experience
* Proven leadership capability
* Proactive and anticipatory problem solver
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Experience with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, corporate finance, or investment banking
* Experience in the telecommunications industry
* Experience in digital transformation
* Experience with executive storytelling, presentations
* Strong understanding of a modern eCommerce tech stack

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $141,372.00-$201,960.00/ year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
