Coordinator of Special Education Preschool Program - SDA, SBL req’d

Full Time, Dix Hills (8am-4pm)

Since 1988, Alternatives for Children, a not-for-profit private school, has been at the forefront in providing educational experiences to a broad spectrum of children from across Long Island, offering special education preschool services for 3–5-year-old children (both integrated and self-contained classes).

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Coordinator to manage daily operations at our preschool for special needs population. Experience with staffing, CPSE process, and early childhood education. Excellent benefit package and salary. This is a great opportunity to work in a positive, rewarding environment.

Qualifications:

• NYS certification in special education/B-GR2, MA, SDA, SBL.

Salary Range: $95,000-$130,000/yr
