You will be responsible for various tasks, including receiving and processing shipments, fulfilling orders, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Receiving and Processing:
Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
Record received items and update inventory systems accordingly.
Organize and store incoming stock in designated areas.
Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently based on customer requirements.
Prepare orders for shipment and coordinate with logistics partners.
Ensure timely and accurate order processing to meet customer expectations.
Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in inventory reconciliation.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves as needed.
Maintain organized inventory storage to optimize space utilization.
Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and free of safety hazards.
Arrange shelves and storage areas to facilitate efficient workflows.
Assist in the setup and rearrangement of warehouse layout as required.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
Report any safety hazards or incidents to management promptly.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and stand for extended periods.
