We are currently looking to hire Full Time AM and PM Registered Nurses in the Worcester, Leominster Area! Offering Per-Diem employment as well!

The Registered Nurse Case Manager is responsible for providing quality clinical care in the home setting.

Qualifications:

- Must be a licensed RN in good standing in the State of Massachusetts

- Must have at least 1 year of clinical experience in med surg, LTC or home health care

- Must have current CPR certification

- Must be able to case manage

- Must have reliable transportation

- Must be willing to drive

- Must have excellent written and verbal skills

- Must be able to problem solve
