ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES
- Sets-up and operates O.D. Roll Grinding machines as directed.
- Review work instructions and / or blueprints to understand specifications of work scope.
- Dresses grinding wheels and grinds customer parts with wheels and belts.
- Inspects all finished work with company approved inspection techniques and equipment.
- Maintains proper coolant concentrations and levels of coolant tanks.
- Cleans coolant tanks as required.
- Completes all required routine (daily / weekly) preventative maintenance as directed.
- Keeps work area within department cleaned daily.
- Moves or coordinates movements of finished work to next step of the process as directed on the job ticket.
