Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with behavioral challenges through the implementation of behavior management techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior management strategies and interventions as directed by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Work directly with individuals to provide behavioral therapy and support
- Collect and record data on individual behaviors
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
Skills:
- Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges
- Proficiency in behavior management techniques
- Ability to follow care plans and therapy protocols
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
