Positions Available:

• 1 F/T Nights- 12hr shifts. Long-term Care and one night a week on a Memory Care unit. Rotating weekends and holidays.

Job Descriptions

• Charge Nurse (RN or LPN) Days or Nights – Administer and document direct resident care, medications and treatments per physician orders, and accurately record all care provided; provide instruction/supervision for STNAs, and update their assignment sheets as needed; perform comprehensive assessments of residents, and document and notify physician and family of change in conditions; complete updates as ordered i.e., labs, weights, blood sugars, vital signs etc.; listen to resident/family concerns and initiate corrective action or report to supervisor, as applicable; check meal trays and nourishment to ensure proper diet served; wound care, as needed; educate staff as directed by Director of Nursing; give input to residents’ plan of care; initiate investigations of incidents/accidents; other duties as may be assigned.
