As the Senior HIL Automation Test Engineer you will be responsible for: 

• Design and develop tests within a lab environment 
• Test and troubleshoot complex systems from the component level to the system functionality level.
• Maintaining lab equipment and test resources to the highest standards, and improving lab organization and the efficiency of the lab environment
• Write Python scripts, libraries, hardware interfaces, and tests (using standard frameworks)

Qualifications;

• Significant experience in software testing and HIL bench Automation testing.
• Experience in software test automation and Executing the test cases on HIL benches.
• Experience in software development on Python.
• Work with Automation developers Offshore to craft, develop, and identify requirements for test automation framework (Robot Framework) for testing with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL)
• Guide software developers/Automation test engineers to build meaningful test cases
• Lead and maintain various test setups
• Working with Stake Holders (Systems Engineers, SW developers, ..) to gather the requirements.
• Build and maintain functional automated test suites
• Set up the infrastructure to run tests in CI/CD
• Problem-solving and root-cause analysis experience
• Strong knowledge of testing concepts (functional/non-functional testing, unit testing, system testing, regression testing, defect lifecycle)
• Experience with Git.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $120,000-$140,000
