Hard Trim NVH Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop NVH solutions for hard trim parts, including but not limited to dashboards, door panels, and other interior components.
Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques for NVH analysis, including FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and modal analysis, to predict and validate performance.
Lead root cause analysis for any NVH related concerns 
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in NVH engineering within the automotive industry, specifically in hard trim components.
Proficient in using NVH analysis and measurement tools (e.g., LMS Test.Lab, B&K, ANSYS, etc.).
Experience with CAD software 

Salary Range: $100,000-130,000
