Alten Construction, Inc. is in search of an experienced construction contract. The ideal candidate will be experienced, highly organized, professional, energetic, with strong written and verbal communication skills who is able to work well under pressure and efficiently prioritize tasks with little supervision.

• Experience in construction administration and project coordination
• Proficient use of technology applications
• Possess good analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive and multi-task in fast paced, changing environment with a "can-do" attitude
• Strong understanding of project flow from pre-construction through project completion
• Strong internal office and field communication skills
• Ability to represent company in a professional and positive manner

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, issue and log subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders
• Request, evaluate, log and monitor subcontractor insurance certificates
• Request, collect and submit documents for PLA and other Union Required Programs
• Collect, log and assemble all project close-out documents
• Assist with various office duties as needed
• Job duties may evolve depending on need or based on demonstrated ability

Preferred Experience:

• 2 years of Construction Accounting or Project Administration
