SOME ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform welding to complete specifications
- Set up and operate fabricating machines, such as brakes, rolls, shears, saws, and presses
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering specifications, and shop orders
- Determine critical dimensions and tolerances using measuring tools
- Follow established safety and quality procedures
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum age of 18
- High school Diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend
- Ability to use computer systems
- Ability to use measuring equipment and perform moderate math calculations
- Permanent US work authorization
- Enrollment in a machining or welding program is a plus
- Desired knowledge / Experience in one of the following areas : MechanicalElectricalManufacturing / Production processesFCAW and / or GMAW
