Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, the Data Analyst is responsible for managing day-to-day reporting processes and procedures for clients, providers, and internal practice needs. 

This position is an in office role located in Highland Park, IL.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field 
  • 2-3 years experience as a Data Analyst
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • CRM software experience, preferably Pipedrive

What you will be doing (aka key responsibilities but not all encompassing):

  • Performs data entry of target data, data cleaning, and record keeping 
  • Participates in discussions regarding project-related activities, issues, changes, communications, and updates
  • Assists in maintaining system and user documentation
  • Acts as a resource to end users regarding application utilization in context with workflow 
  • Tests systems and suggests viable solutions, making sure the system changes meet the specifications for the department and organizational needs
  • Researches escalated system issues and provides resolution
  • Reviews and analyzes data
  • May design and compile special reports for analysis, management review, research purposes, and/or reporting requirements 
  • Understands and adheres to security policies and procedures
  • Responds to questions from the leadership team or clients
  • Participates in the documentation and implementation of standards and guidelines
  • Performs data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, and present them in an understandable and actionable manner
  • Acts as the primary technical contact for the internal operating system, including administrative updates, and coordination of development projects 
  • Acts as the primary contact for internal reporting and management, including changes and updates within DocNow, DocuSign, Knowi, Kareo, SmartSheet, Snowflake, and Pipedrive
  • Maintains confidentiality for patients, employees, and clients
