Altdent Practice Management is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Temecula, CA

We are searching for an enthusiastic, caring, and hardworking individual with DENTAL experience, great communication skills to join our Pediatric Dental team. Ideal candidate must also be a team player, able to multitask, and be able to handle a fast paced practice. You will be responsible to coordinate scheduling, occasional treatment planning, and checking patients in and out.

As a front office coordinator, you create the first impression and a lasting impression for each patient, whether in person or on the phone. Pediatric Dental Receptionist
*Greet and assist new patients with registration forms
*Answer multi-line telephones
*Schedule and confirm appointments
*Verify patients' insurance plans: HMO, PPO, DentiCal and check eligibility
*Facilitate and present patient's dental Treatment Plan for acceptance
*Offer financial arrangements including CareCredit and in-office payment plans
*Collect payments
*Scan insurance forms, EOBs', medical history, other documents into computer database

REQUIREMENTS:
*Bilingual, SPANISH
*Must have previous dental office work experience
*Ethical, positive attitude, strong oral and written communication skills, detail-oriented, warm, friendly, courteous, highly organized, responsible
*Proficient in Microsoft Office software
*Proficient in dental terminology and treatment procedures
*Knowledge of dental practice management software
*Long term commitment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
