Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Cocktail Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction by delivering a memorable dining experience.

Duties:

- Greet customers warmly and take their orders promptly
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials
- Prepare and serve beverages following recipes and presentation standards
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and tables
- Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Experience:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating a POS system
- Strong math skills for handling payments and making change accurately
- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to engage customers positively
- Familiarity with sanitization standards in food service establishments
