THE JOB
We are looking for a Director of Training to join our team.
This position will be accountable for the development, maintenance, and oversight of the credit union’s training and employee development program. In this position you will identify training needs within Altana FCU and build programs that reflect the strategic and engagement needs of the organization. The Director of Training will communicate goals and provide direction to employees, supervise and/or execute training(s), and implement and conduct programs that support growth and development for employees.
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3-5 years’ experience in the development and execution of training materials and programs. Experience may be substituted for bachelor’s degree.
