Altamira is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the collection, analysis and dissemination of data regarding U.S. adversary capabilities at our client’s VA location.

Position Description: The candidate will work with the client team to assist with program management, the development of new capabilities and help create effective and efficient processes and procedures to ensure the ability to execute new capabilities. The candidate will need to coordinate with the client's contracting office, so an understanding of government contracting is a plus. The candidate will be required to research topics, provide analysis, and deliver written and oral presentations on findings/insights. Make recommendations on relevant, credible, and timely actions that can be taken in light of the findings. Coordinate with analytic agencies and entities to assure integration of cross command products. Provide analytic and operational expertise to all identified supported offices and personnel. Provide written inputs to study plans, analysis reports, and final reports. Assist in reviewing and selecting externally-conducted research on specific relevant topics in furtherance of group missions.

Required Education/Experience: BA/BS in a relevant area with a minimum of 7-10 years related experience.

Security Clearance:  TS/SCI with a full-scope polygraph
