Altafiber is Hiring a Training Manager Near Cincinnati, OH
This position is responsible for training the consumer and/or business channels on sales skills, product information, services, ordering systems, and information required for success on the job. This position can also be targeted to present management development, leadership and technical skills training for HT/altafiber employees.
- Create and develop course material for delivery to HT/altafiber employees (30%)
- Present virtual or in-person training on sales skills, services, ordering systems, technology, and/or management development to increase employee effectiveness (30%)
- Work with line managers to enhance their leadership and coaching skills (25%)
- Conduct needs assessments to identify additional skill areas needed to impact the business (15%)
Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Sales certification preferred
- Certification in MBTI, DISC, Situational Leadership preferred
2 to 4 years in related field
- 2-3 years of work experience
- Sales/Tech repair (Consumer or Business)
- Project Management
- Call Centers
- Training development & facilitation
- Customer Experience
- Course Delivery (Presentation Skills)
- Instructional Design
- Alternative delivery methods (webinars, videos, etc.)
- Adult learning theory and practices
- All Microsoft Office applications
- Social Learning applications
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities
