Job Purpose:
The Brand Activation Specialist II will work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customers/Partners to drive awareness for products and services in the market. This position supports a specific market segment, with a focus on the event strategy, design, execution and operations of the business's lead management processes. This role will produce event data, metrics and reporting as a part of the role.
While support & execution are still a primary focus, this role is expected to contribute to the overall strategy of the team. Collaboration and working on strategic company initiatives will be required.
Essential Functions:
Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales teams, and other internal stakeholders to plan programs, events, and promotional activities aimed at strategically increasing market brand awareness and sales opportunities
Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure effectiveness of programs and events
Manage marketing calendar for specific market
Lead process improvement opportunities
Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales teams, and internal stakeholders to execute on planned programs, events, and promotional activities
Collaborate with external partners to ensure effective execution of programs and event presence
Lead logistical planning and coordination for planned programs and events
Track results of event specific marketing activities to ensure goals are both met and exceeded as often as possible
Utilize marketing and sales tools in order to use data available data to strategically plan and execute programs and events
Coordinate with Marketing and Support teams to execute tactics and logistics of business marketing plans through but not limited to the following:
Client seminars, events, and trade shows
Sponsorships of grass root marketing programs
Lead generation programs
Promotional videos
Remains current on local market requirements, latest competitive product information and technology trends
Education:
Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Relevant Work Experience:
2 to 4 years in related field

This position does not have employee direct reports
Salary Range: $60,000 - $84,000
